Our fee is $2500 for up to 4 songs from our wedding repertoire. If a song is requested that is not on the list, there is an additional fee of $500 per piece and the director will have prior approval to determine if the choir has sufficient time to learn and perfect a new piece, with consideration of our complete schedule. There is an additional fee of $500 for holiday appearances.
There are three wardrobe choices:
1.) Black Tuxedo
2.) Red Choir robes:
• with the white cotta and ruff collar
• with the white cotta only robes only
• no white
3.) Suit: navy blazer, gray slacks, white shirt with red & blue striped tie
See above picture for details
The venue must have an organ or acoustic piano. For wedding music, an organ is preferred. If using a piano, it must be recently tuned.
The client is responsible for securing the organist/pianist. Usually the organist that is playing for other parts of the service is the one that accompanies the choir. If this is not possible, the choir has a list of organists that you can contact. We will provide the sheet music for the organist.
The choir usually consists of 16-24 boys. The number of boys is determined by the director, the musical selections and the venue. The fee is the same regardless of the size of the choir.
A deposit of one-half of the fee is due with the signed contract with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to the event. We can work out special arrangements if necessary. We accept check or credit card.
Venues outside of the DFW Metroplex may incur additional travel costs which may include meals, housing, and bus charter.
Song and wardrobe choices do not need to be made when executing the contract. Those choices can be made up to 60 days prior. The only exception would be if a song is selected that is not on our wedding list. The director will determine how much time is necessary to learn the piece.
• Panis Angelicus (Franck)
• Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring (Bach)
• The Lord’s Prayer (Malotte)
• Ave Maria (Schubert)
• Sound the Trumpet (Purcell)
• The Lord Bless You and Keep You (Rutter)
There are certain times of the year in which we are extremely busy. In order to save your date, a contract should be executed once a decision is made to book the choir. We normally do not accept bookings in July. Also, keep in mind that a wedding on a holiday may be difficult. However, we would be willing to discuss your date to see if arrangements can be made.
The choir would love to be a part of your special day. If you have additional questions or need clarification on any of the above information, please call or email.
We look forward to working with you!
